Surveillance Video Released Of Frightening Armed Robbery In Northeast Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police have released surveillance video of an armed robbery in Northeast Philadelphia during which the suspects stole thousands of dollars.
The robbery happened at about 5 a.m. Wednesday outside a home in the 7100 block of Large Street in the city's Oxford Circle neighborhood.
Surveillance video shows the two male victims approaching a home when the suspects, both armed with handguns, approached the males from behind.

During the robbery, one of the suspects took a bag from one of the victims that contained cash, an iPad Air Tablet and identification. It is believed the bag contained between $5,000 and $7,000 in cash.
The second suspect took a key chain from the other victim that contained car keys.
The suspects pulled the victims away from the front steps of the home, at which point the victims were able to escape and call police.
The suspects ran away from the scene.
The victims were not physically injured.
