Sunburn Art: A Dangerous New Trend?
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – There's a dangerous new trend on social media.
It's called "sunburn art" – designs that are created by exposing certain parts of the skin to the sun without protection.
The hashtag #sunburnart quickly caught on online:

Doctors warn that while it might look interesting, intentionally exposing your skin to UV rays without protection can be harmful and could lead to skin cancer and aging. They advise applying a broad spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to all exposed areas of skin.
