Arrest Made In Social Worker Bus Stop Murder
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police have made an arrest in the murder of a social worker last month in North Philadelphia.
Surveillance video captured the January 13th shooting. 56-year-old Kim Jones was shot once in the head while waiting for a SEPTA bus at 12th and Jefferson Streets.
The suspected gunman, 36-year-old Randolph Sanders, has been arraigned and charged with murder and related weapons offenses, according to police.
Jones was Sanders' supervisor at Turning Points for Children.
He was being held without bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 18th.
