Instagram launches new creative tools

Instagram's latest update brings 10 new photo editing tools.

Users can now adjust brightness, contrast, saturation and warmth. The new effects can be accessed through a new wrench icon that will appear after a filter is selected.

The update is available now for Apple and Android.

Facebook acquires Pryte

Facebook's has acquired Pryte, a mobile data plan firm based in Finland.

In a blog post, Pryte's team says it will be working with Facebook to help with its Internet.org project to bring the entire world online by making Internet access more affordable and available to everyone.

Terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.

Netflix teases series on Vine

Netflix has revealed a six second preview of the new season of "Hemlock Grove" on Vine.

The second season of the supernatural murder series premieres July 11th.
