Social Media Buzzing After Biden Announces He Will Not Run For President
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Vice President Biden silenced the will-he-won't-he game dubbed "Biden Watch" online with
a statement today from the White House's Rose Garden.
Social media had a lot to say about Biden 2016 decision.

U.S. Rep Brendan Boyle U.S. back tracked from an earlier tweet saying Biden was running now tweeting "I'm surprised. Clearly something changed. Like many, I admire & respect VP Biden. In the meantime I'll stick to my day job!"
