Sixers Announce 2014 Training Camp Roster
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Monday was Sixers media day at The Wells Fargo Center. In the midst of all the picture taking and interviews, we found out what players will be taking part in training camp for the Sixers ahead of the 2014 season.
The Sixers released the full training camp roster Monday afternoon.
The roster includes:
- Guards: Michael Carter-Williams, Tony Wroten, K.J. McDaniels (R), Casper Ware, Jason Richardson, Elliot Williams, Hollis Thompson, Alexey Shved, and Keith Bogans
- Forwards: Brandon Davies, Arnett Moultrie, Ronald Roberts (R), Jakarr Sampson (R), Luc Mbah a Moute, Chris Johnson, Jerami Grant (R), Jarvis Varnado
- Centers: Nerlens Noel (R), Joel Embiid (R), Henry Sims
The roster is still quite young boasting a total of six rookies if you include Nerlens Noel who missed his entire rookie season with injury.
Sixers training camp begins on Tuesday, September 30th at Stockton College.
