SEPTA Reports Delays On Market-Frankford Line

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- SEPTA has reported delays of up to 10 minutes on the eastbound Market-Frankford line early Tuesday morning.

The Transportation Authority said delays were caused by equipment problems.
