SEPTA Police Help Fix Boy's Scooter At Bernie Rally
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Democratic National Convention is kicking off its third night at the Wells Fargo Center in South Philadelphia but across town Bernie Sanders supporters of all sizes have gathered near City Hall.
This includes a young boy on a scooter wearing a blue Bernie shirt.

SEPTA Police Chief, Thomas Nestel who is out patrolling the rally with other officers, noticed the boy named Cyrus and his broken scooter and decided to help him fix it.
