SEPTA Police Arrest Passenger With Weapons Cache
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A scare on a SEPTA subway train when a passenger is caught with a bunch of weapons.
SEPTA police confiscated real knives and fake guns when another passenger on the broad street line spotted the weapons and alerted authorities.
Officers then arrested the suspect at Love Park and allegedly found four BB guns and three butcher knives on him. Police say the suspect said he needed the weapons for his personal protection.
