Sen. Pat Toomey gives farewell address
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Sen. Pat Toomey delivered his farewell address, just a few weeks before leaving office.
The Pennsylvania Republican delivered his remarks on the Senate floor Thursday afternoon.
Toomey is retiring in January after serving two terms in the U.S. Senate.
He's being succeeded by Pennsylvania Lieutenant Gov. John Fetterman, a Democrat.
