NEWTOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- The search for a missing Bucks County woman continued in Tyler State Park on Thursday.

Eric Ihlein, Fort Washington State Park Superintendent, says the search resumed at 7:00 a.m. He says nearly 50 professional searchers are involved including the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, police and fire from nearby communities, and canine teams. Ihlein also says family members are taking part in the search as well.

Twenty-one-year-old Lindsey Piccone of Bensalem has been missing since Tuesday when police found her car in the Tyler Park parking lot.

Some areas of Tyler Park have been closed to the public until the search has concluded.

Officials say water rescue teams have completed the exploration of the Neshaminy Creek in the park and search teams will continue their search until dark on Thursday, resuming on Friday morning.

The gates to the park will reopen to the public at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, September 9. Visitors are warned that the search may still be ongoing and some parts of the park may still be secured.

Bensalem Police are continuing to search areas outside of the park.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Bucks County Emergency Services at 610-982-5411.
