PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - Rumgr.

Need to sell something, but don't want to put it on CraigsList? Rumgr lets you buy and sell belongings. The hook is you only deal with friends and neighbors.

You can set up a private circle of transaction partners or just search around you. You can also promote your items on your favorite social network to increase exposure.
