Royersford Man Charged With Videotaping Children in Bathroom
By Jim Melwert
ROYERSFORD, Pa. (CBS) — A Montgomery County man is now facing dozens of charges after a family member found a small camera hidden in a bathroom.
The family member found the small camera as she was cleaning the bathroom, according to police. Investigators tracked it back to Kevin Rebbie, who also lived in the home.
And according to court documents, dozens of videos were found on Rebbie's computer, showing four juveniles, including underage family members.
Investigators say the images showed the victims undressed, showering, or using the toilet, often with the camera placed to get specific and close-up shots.
One family member also told police that Rebbie, 56, had repeatedly sexually abused her from the age of eight or nine until she was 13.
Rebbie is now facing ten felony counts each of aggravated indecent assault of a child, unlawful contact with a minor, and aggravated indecent assault, plus 17 counts of illegally filming or photographing a child under 18.
