Roosevelt Blvd SB Outer Lanes Closed, 1 Critical After Struck By Vehicle
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say a pedestrian is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle on Roosevelt Boulevard.
It happened shortly after 7 a.m. in the Southbound lanes of Roosevelt Boulevard and Welsh Road.
The female was taken to Torresdale Hospital and is in critical condition.
Authorities say the outer Southbound lanes of the boulevard are closed down.
