Robert Mueller Submits Long-Awaited Russia Report To Justice Department

WASHINGTON (CBS NEWS) -- Special Counsel Robert Mueller has submitted to the attorney general the report on his findings of his investigation into any ties between the Russian government and Trump campaign associates. The scope of his probe included any matters that arose from the investigation.
A senior Justice Department official has told CBS News that Mueller is not recommending any further indictments.
