Report: Joel Embiid Suffers 'Minor Setback'
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- According to a report from Tom Moore, Sixers center Joel Embiid has reportedly suffered a setback with the stress fracture in his right foot. Embiid has been working out prior to games and giving people a glimpse of what he can do.
The report describes the setback as "minor."
Embiid has yet to suit up this season and the Sixers have been non-committal to whether or not he would hit the court this season. This setback makes it seem like fans will be waiting until either Summer League or next season to watch Embiid play.
