Cosby Back In Court For 2nd Day Of Pre-Trial Hearing
NORRISTOWN, Pa. (CBS) — Arguments continue in Montgomery County court on whether prosecutors should be allowed to present 13 additional accusers at Bill Cosby's trial on sex assault charges.
After a day of theatrics that saw attorneys shouting at each other, even Bill Cosby shouting out answers to questions posed to prosecutors, today mostly all business.

Prosecutor Kevin Steele says "this is a lifetime of sexual assaults on young women."
He says the 13 women should be allowed to testify to show Cosby was aware of the effects the intoxicants would have on the women, and to show the assaults follow a signature pattern.
But defense attorney Brian McMonigle opened his argument saying this was never about one victim, never about the allegations brought by Andrea Constand.
Instead, he calls the prosecution's case an end-run around expired statutes of limitations. Calling it "nothing more that a bandaged bandwagon of claims put together inside Pandora's box."
McMonigle also argues details from the 13 accusers are too vague for Cosby to effectively defend.
