Philadelphia Parking Authority to increase price of residential parking permits
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Philadelphia Parking Authority plans to raise the price of its yearly residential parking permits.
The permits are $35, but the plan would raise that price to $75 annually.
The PPA will also limit households to three permits per house.
The changes will go into effect on Sept. 1.
