Thousands Without Power As Heavy Rain, Winds Move Across The Region

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- PECO reports more than 8,300 customers in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties are without power as a result of heavy rain and winds crossing the region this afternoon.

Crews are working to restore service at this hour.
