Police Track Down Burglary Suspects By Tracing Stolen Lottery Tickets
UPPER PITTSGROVE, Nj. (CBS) -- Stolen lottery tickets, worth $6, led to the arrest of two men caught on camera burglarizing a home.
You may remember the video, from Upper Pittsgrove in Salem County. In it, you can see the two men robbing a house.
They fled the property when the owner of that house yelled at them remotely through a home surveillance system.
Police said the suspects stole three $2 winning lottery tickets. The tickets were cashed in.
They traced those tickets to a store in Camden and then arrested Joshua Robinson, 32, of Deptford and 28-year-old Eric Gilch of Blackwood.
