By Molly Daly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police have issued a warrant for the Northeast Philadelphia man they say was racing with another driver who lost control of his car one night last July, killing three passengers and gravely injuring another.

Police are looking for 20-year-old Ryan Farrell, who lives in the 10-thousand block of Northeast Avenue in the city's Bustleton section.

He's accused of drag racing on Sandmeyer Lane the night of July 29th with Christopher Bloomfield, whose out of control car slammed into a tree, splitting the vehicle in two.

Yvette Gonzalez and Sabrina Rhoades, both 17, were ejected, and 20-year-old Felipe Hernandez was trapped inside. All three died.

Another 17-year-old suffered critical injuries. Bloomfield was arrested and charged over the weekend.

Ryan Farrell faces numerous charges, including homicide by vehicle.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police.
