Police Searching For Suspect Who Stole Baby Jesus Statue From Church Creche In NJ
SAYREVILLE, N.J. (AP) -- Police are searching for a suspect who was caught on surveillance video stealing a baby Jesus statue from a church crèche in Sayreville.
Police say the theft occurred outside St. Stanislaus Church sometime during the overnight hours between Saturday and Sunday.
The video shows two people in hooded sweatshirts approach the crèche before one of them grabs the statue.
