Police Searching For Suspect Who Targeted Same North Philadelphia Gas Station Twice
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police want the public to be on the lookout for a suspect who targeted the same gas station twice. Early Saturday morning, police say the suspect tried to rob the Philly Gas Station on the 3100 block of West Hunting Park Avenue in North Philadelphia.
He fired twice into the glass cashier's door before running away.
On Dec. 30, police say the same suspect assaulted a cashier who was outside cleaning and he got away with $400.
The suspect is described as a Black man in his early 20s, thin build, and wearing a black mask over his mouth. He was wearing a blue jacket over a gray-hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and gray and white New Balance sneakers.
He was armed with a black semi-automatic firearm.
