Philadelphia Police: Man Wanted For Stealing ATV After Trying To Pay For It With Fake Money

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are searching for a man wanted for stealing an ATV during a bogus sale in North Philadelphia. Police say the suspect met the victim in the Target parking lot on North 5th Street and tried to pay with an envelope full of fake money.
When the seller confronted him, police say the suspect showed off a knife before driving off with the stolen ATV.
