Police: Man Struck, Killed In Northeast Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police say a man has died after he was struck by a vehicle in Northeast Philadelphia.
It happened around 5:30 p.m. Monday at the 2200 block of Cottman Avenue.
According to police, a man in his 40's was struck by a vehicle while trying to cross the street. He was taken to Aria Health Torresdale Campus where he later died.
Police say the vehicle remained at the scene and no arrests have been made at this time.
An investigation is underway.
