Police: Suspect Wanted After Man Is Shot In Target Parking Lot
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are searching for a suspect after a man was shot in the parking lot of a Target store in the Rhawnhurst section of Philadelphia on Friday afternoon.
Police say a 29-year-old man was shot in the back outside the Target on the 7400 block of Bustleton Avenue around 3:30 p.m.

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross says officers were called after reports of a group of men fighting and shots fired outside the store.
Shoppers were instructed to shelter in place following the shooting. One family says they ran into a stock room in the back of the store.
"I booked for the back of the store. The closest exit -- that's where I was going," said Brittany Strassel.
Strassel, her 4-year-old son and grandmother were among dozens of people who were blindsided by the sound of gunfire while shopping inside of the Target.
"The alarms go off they say the police are coming and we waited," she said.
The three sheltered in place in a stock room in the back of the store as police and swat units arrived and placed the property on lock down.
"We have one victim," Police Commissioner Richard Ross said. "He is in stable condition at Aria-Torresdale Hospital...It seems to have begun with a fight that was actually outside and not inside."
According to the commissioner, a fight began between three to five males in the parking lot, which led to a shooter firing five times. A bullet struck the victim but it is unclear if he was the intended target.
"That shooter we believe did escape," Ross said. "There are no other shooters at this time."

The Target remained closed off with police tape and investigators on scene by two vehicles left sitting in the parking lot. One vehicle has its back windows smashed out and both are marked with the same windshield decal.
Police say the shooter was seen fleeing in a red Hyundai Sonata.
Target says they are turning over parking lot video to police.
