Police: Man Fatally Shot In Southwest Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating after they say a man was fatally shot in Southwest Philadelphia.
Police say it happened shortly after 9 p.m. Thursday on the front porch of a home on the 5600 block of Baltimore Avenue.
According to investigators, a 26-year-old man was shot multiple times in the chest.
Police say he was taken to the hospital of the University of Pennsylvania by police where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made at this time. There is no word on a motive.
An investigation is underway.
