Police: Man, Armed With Shovel, Shot During Argument In Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- Police say a man was shot during an argument in Port Richmond. Authorities say two men, ages 63 and 31, were fighting on the 2100 block of Ann Street Tuesday night when the younger man went after the older man with a shovel.
Police say the older man then pulled a gun and shot him. The 31-year-old is in critical condition in the hospital.
Police are investigating whether the shooting was in self defense.
