Police: Young Child Hospitalized After Near-Drowning At Campground

OCEAN VIEW, N.J. (CBS) -- A young child has been hospitalized after nearly drowning in a lake at a New Jersey campground.
New Jersey State Police say they were dispatched to the Lake and Shore campground at 515 Corsons Tavern Road in Ocean View shortly after 1 p.m. for reports of a child who drowned.
Police say CPR was administered and the child was transported to Cape Regional Medical Center.
There is no confirmation on the exact age of the child, or if the child survived.
Police are still on the scene investigating.
