Police Called To Bomb Threat At Delaware County Dollar Store

BOOTHWYN, Pa. (CBS) --  Delaware County emergency officials say crews were called to investigate a bomb threat at a Family Dollar store located at 3290 Chicester Avenue in Boothwyn.

Authorities say the threat was called in just before 7:30 p.m., but the scene has since been cleared and no further information was available.

This news comes just three days after a Walmart, also in Boothwyn, was evacuated Friday night after police got a call about a suspicious package in the parking lot.

It was later determined the package was not a threat.

Two other stores nearby received similar threats and after investigating, authorities said nothing was found.
