PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating after fliers promoting white supremacy were posted in Philadelphia's Northern Liberties neighborhood. An eyewitness says the posters were found on poles on 2nd Street, between Brown Street and Fairmount Avenue.
One poster reads "nationalism is nature."
Another reads "blood & soil."
