Police Investigate Shooting Death Of Man In Wilmington
WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) -- Police say a 43-year-old man is dead after a shooting in Wilmington, Delaware.
It happened Friday night along the 700 block of Vandever Street.
Police say they reponded to reports of a shooting and when officers arrived they found a man, identified as Derrick Caudle, suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach.
He was rushed to Christiana Hospital where he died of his injuries early Saturday morning.
Police say they have no suspects.
The shooting is under investigation.
