Cops: Temple Students Robbed In Off-Campus Home Invasion

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia police are investigating a robbery at an off campus house near the Temple University campus.

Temple Students Attacked, Officer Thrown To Ground, Police Horse Punched In Assaults

It was just after 1 a.m., when two robbers entered the home near North Willington and Master Streets in North Philadelphia.

Two Temple University seniors told police one of the suspects pointed a gun at them, and forced them into the living room.

Father Speaks Out After Daughter Was One Of Several Temple Students Attacked

Then the suspects took all of the electronics from the home including lap tops, phones and iPads, and some cash.

The residents were then forced into the basement, while the robbers fled out the sliding rear door.

Police believe the two suspects gained entry to the home through an unlocked rear kitchen window.
