Police: 18-Year-Old Shot, Killed By Girlfriend's Ex-Boyfriend In Grays Ferry

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - An 18-year-old man has died after being shot in the face allegedly by his girlfriend's ex-boyfriend. It happened around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 2900 block of Oakford Street in Grays Ferry.
Police say they know who the killer is but haven't yet made an arrest.
