Phillies Look For Second Straight Win Over Colorado
By Matt Leon
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Phillies have seen both ends of the offensive spectrum the last two games.
Of course on Sunday they got no-hit by the Dodgers Josh Beckett, losing 6-0, and then yesterday they piled up a dozen hits, including home runs by Ryan Howard and John Mayberry, in a 9-0 win over the Colorado Rockies.
Tonight, they'll try to keep the bats hot as they continue this series against the Rockies.
Cole Hamels will get the start for the Phillies. The left-hander is 1-2 this season with a 4.30 ERA. Pitched seven solid innings last time out down in Miami, getting a no-decision in a 4-3 loss. In his career against the Rockies, Hamels is 3-2 in 7 starts with a 3.40 ERA.
The Rockies will counter with Jorge De La Rosa who is 5-3 this season and he has actually won his last five decisions.
The Phillies line-up tonight against the left-handed De La Rosa:
1. Ben Revere CF
2. Jimmy Rollins SS
3. Chase Utley 2B
4. Marlon Byrd RF
5. Darin Ruf 1B
6. John Mayberry LF
