Police released an artist rendering Monday of what the tattoos are believed to have looked like.

When authorities found the body, it was wrapped in an Eagles and pink-colored blankets. Police also found black and red Nike athletic shoes, as well as a dark-colored vest and a Timex brand women's Ironman triathlon watch with the body.

If you have any information about his case, please contact police at 215-686-3334/3335.
