PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police want to get a man spotted on surveillance video off the streets.

He is wanted in connection to a robbery and sexual assault that took place Monday on the 1800 block of Rosewood Street.

Police released surveillance video of the suspect getting out of the victim's car.

The 35-year-old victim was sleeping when a masked man entered her bedroom, demanded money and then sexually assaulted her.

Tyree Carter, a neighbor, says, "I don't get people who get their kicks harming other people."

The attacker took about $10 dollars, house keys, the victim's roommate's ID and fled in the victim's car, seen in the surveillance video.

The vehicle was found only a few blocks away on the corner of Moore and Chadwick and the suspect is seen walking away.

This is near an attempted sexual assault that took place in March.

That time, he wasn't wearing a mask but had many similarities as the latest assault.

Both victims had a similar description including.

Captain Darby says,"Orange or red gloves as one of the identifiers."

Police developed a sketch from the earlier attack and are using it for both cases.

He is being described as a Black man, 20-30 years old, about 6 foot to 6'2", with a medium build.

Both attacks are just blocks from each other and with the suspect fleeing on foot, police believe the man may live nearby.

We showed neighbors the surveillance video.

Michael Warrington says,"I can't picture one of my neighbors actually doing that but you never know what the world is coming to anyway."

Artie adds, "Pretty scary! That's messed up."

In both cases, there was no forced entry.

And with the weather getting warmer, police are urging women to use caution when it comes to sleeping with their windows open.

If you have any information you are being asked to contact police.
