Kelly Drive reopens after crash near Boathouse Row in Philadelphia

Traffic is moving again on Kelly Drive after a crash caused temporary disruptions near Boathouse Row Monday evening.

Injuries from the accident were not life-threatening, according to the Philadelphia Police Department's Accident Investigation Division.
