PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Philadelphia man was sentenced today to a lengthy federal jail term for sex trafficking three teenage girls using an Internet web site.

US District Court judge Joel Slomsky sent 26-year-old Rashaad McIntyre to jail for 22 years.  He also ordered McIntyre to pay $125,600 in restitution to the three victims.

"He pled guilty to three counts of sex trafficking of three separate girls who were between the ages of 15 and 16 -- all of them in the ninth grade at the time of this crime," notes assistant US attorney Michelle Morgan.  "And, with respect to one of those girls, he pled guilty to producing child pornography."

Authorities say two of the victims were runaways from foster care and the other was trafficked by another pimp who later sold her to McIntyre.
