People Who Workout In Morning Lose More Weight, Study Finds

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- New research shows that the time of day you workout may have an effect on whether or not you lose weight. The report, published in the Intentional Journal of Obesity, studied 88 previously inactive, overweight men and women.

One group worked out in the morning, another in the evening and a third group worked out at any time of the day.

The winner? Those who exercised in the morning ended up losing more weight.
