Philadelphia area school closings for winter storm: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Rain is changing over to snow throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
And while this round of snow won't last too long, it'll pack a punch for some parts of Pennsylvania.
A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 3 p.m. Tuesday for much of northeastern Pennsylvania and has extended into all of Bucks, Montgomery and Chester Counties and Mercer County in New Jersey, and a Winter Weather Advisory lasts until 3 p.m. for all of the I-95 corridor, including New Castle County in Delaware, Salem, Gloucester, Camden and northwest Burlington Counties in New Jersey and Philadelphia.

With the Philadelphia area expecting 2-4 inches of snow, the School District of Philadelphia announced it will operate on a two hour delay on Tuesday. Archdiocese schools in the city also open with a two-hour delay.
