Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf To Be Sworn In For Second Term

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf will officially start his second term in office Tuesday.

He'll be sworn in at noon, along with new Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman at the Pennsylvania State Capitol in Harrisburg.

Philly's own "The Roots" will perform at an inaugural celebration later tomorrow night.
