Pennsauken Man Arrested, Charged In Merchantville Murder

MERCHANTVILLE, NJ. (CBS) -- A Pennsauken man has been arrested and charged with murder in the shooting death of a man in Merchantville, New Jersey.

The Camden County Prosecutor's office says 23-year-old Isaiah Pascall was taken into custody Friday night following an interview with County Detectives.

Pascall is accused of fatally shooting 21-year-old Joshua Simmons on Russell Avenue on Monday.  Authorities say the shooting occurred shortly after some form of physical altercation involving a group of people.

Pascall was sent to Camden County Jail, where he is being held on $750,000 bail pending arraignment.
