Penn To Require Undergraduates To Receive At Least 2 COVID-19 Tests Before Fall Semester

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The University of Pennsylvania will now require undergraduates to get a minimum of two COVID-19 tests before the fall semester. Penn is mailing the first test to students' homes.
