Penis Stabbing Case Dismissed After Victim Doesn't Show

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) — Officials say charges were dismissed against an eastern Pennsylvania man accused of stabbing another man in the penis.

The charges were dropped Thursday after the victim didn't show up to testify for a second time. Officers could not find him to serve a subpoena.

Authorities say 22-year-old Micie Colon was getting his belongings from an Allentown home in September when he threw the victim's phone against a wall. A fight broke out and doctors found the victim sustained a cut on his penis.

Colon was charged with aggravated assault and related offenses.
