Pedestrian Killed In Bensalem Hit And Run

BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS) -- A female pedestrian died after she was struck by two cars while attempting to cross a busy roadway in Bucks County Tuesday morning.
The incident happened at about 5:50 a.m. at the intersection of Street and Knights Road in Bensalem.
According to investigators, 28-year-old Christina Massie was attempting to cross the road when she was struck by two cars. Bensalem Police say Massie was pronounced dead at the scene.
The first car took off, but police were able to track down the vehicle and its driver in New Jersey. The second driver stopped at the scene and cooperated with police.
The deadly incident remains under investigation.
