PATCO credit, card services back online after outage

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Credit and debit card services at PATCO train stations are coming back online after an outage Thursday morning.

All credit and debit card services went down Thursday. PATCO says some ticket machines may still be experiencing the outage.

Riders who don't have cash or a Freedom card will not be able to board the trains.

PATCO's Speedline is used by commuters from New Jersey to Philadelphia. The train runs through the city of Camden and into Camden County towns like Collingswood, Haddonfield and Lindenwold.

None of the PATCO stations have ATMs, a spokesperson said.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
