Pat Gallen Joins CBS 3's Morning News As Feature Reporter
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Northeast Philadelphia native Pat Gallen is joining CBS 3's morning newscast, Eyewitness News This Morning, as a full-time feature reporter beginning April 4th, Vice President and News Director Margaret Cronan has announced.
Gallen has been with CBS 3 as a freelance sports reporter since July of 2015. He also appears frequently as a fill-in host of SportsRadio 94 WIP. Previously, he was a host for 97.5 The Fanatic (WPEN-FM), provided sports content for Philly.com and was co-host of Eagles Post Game Live for Fox 29 (WTXF-TV) in Philadelphia. He also served as editor-in-chief of Philliesnation.com.

Gallen is a graduate of Northeast High School and a 2007 graduate of West Chester University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications studies/journalism. He and his wife, Suzanne, reside in Philadelphia.
