Overturned Dump Truck Closes I-95 Northbound Ramp To Woodhaven Road

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- An overturned dump truck on I-95 northbound is causing a traffic mess on Wednesday afternoon. The ramp to Woodhaven Road is currently closed after the truck flipped on its side and dumped dirt on the roadway.
The accident happened around 2:10 p.m.
It's not known when the ramp will reopen.
There is no word on any injuries.
