One Injured In Kensington Apartment Fire

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- One person was injured overnight after fire ripped through an apartment in Kensington.

Flames broke out just after 2 a.m. Saturday inside the Bamboo Hair Salon in the 3000 block of Kensington Avenue.

The fire spread to a second floor apartment above the store.

One person was taken to Temple University Hospital in unknown condition.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
